I lived in NY before and after Rudy was Mayor. As someone who was on the streets, I can testify thet Rudy’s policies made a difference. Before him we were able to do what we want without police doing anything. I will not go in details but it was anarchy. After Rudy the NYPD made sure no one hung out in Parks or on the Corners after Dark. It made a difference. Think Progress is against crime fighting and supports criminals. How much lower can they go!
